PAULYN O. ABHULIMEN
Paulyn O. Abhulimen, Esq has been in active Legal Practice with the reputable Law Firm of D. D. Dodo & Co, Abuja, Nigeria, since her enrolment at the Supreme Court in January 2001 as a Solicitor and Advocate. At the Firm, she grew in rank to become the Deputy Head of Chambers before she left to nurture Abhulimen & Co (Aizehi Chambers) till date where she is the Principal Partner.
She obtained her Law Degree (LL.B Honours) from the Edo State University, Ekpoma in 1999. She also has Certificates in Forensic Accounting and Fraud Examination from West Virginia University, Innovation for Entrepreneurs-From Idea to Marketplace from University of Maryland and Analyzing Global Trends for Business and Society from Wharton University of Pennsylvania all in the United States of America.
She is a Notary Public of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, London.
She has bias for Commercial Law, Consultancy services, Arbitration, Election Petitions, Debt Recovery and negotiating and drawing up legal documentation for Clients in diverse areas of business/offering corporate secretarial services.
Over the years, she has developed interest in the areas of Oil & Gas Law, Civil Law, Contract, Commercial/Business Law, Banking/Finance, Due Diligence in Capital Markets, Foreign Investments, Labour, Government Relations and International Laws. Her other areas of interest are Merger & Acquisition, Telecommunications and Liquidation.
She is an active member of both the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) and International Bar Association (IBA). She belongs to Sections on Legal Practice and Business Law of the NBA and Sections on Business Law and Legal Practice Division of the IBA. She is also a member of the African Forum and Women Forum of the IBA.
Paulyn is a founding member of Nigerian Association of Notaries, a member of the Board of Trustees of the Association and also its current Vice President. She is also a founding member and member of the Board of Trustees of Class of 2001 Nigerian Law School Bwari and also its present Vice President.
She serves as the Alternate Chair of the Continued Legal Education Committee of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) Unity Branch, Abuja.
She has attended series of Seminars and Workshops both locally and internationally particularly on ADR, Securities issues in Mergers and Acquisition, Telecommunications and Due Diligence in Capital Markets amongst others.
Paulyn is a resource person on Case Flow Management and Administration System in Nigeria.
She was a member of the Committee that reviewed the High Court Civil Procedures Rules of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja in 2004.
She is presently a member of the Legislative Advocacy Committee of both National NBA and Local Branch of the NBA.
Paulyn was the former Secretary, Nigeria Justice System Strategic Planning Centre, former Secretary Abuja Dispute Resolution Centre (ADRC), former Secretary of the Legislative Advocacy Committee of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) and also a former Legal Adviser, Society for International Development (SID), Abuja Chapter to mention but a few.
He is a Solicitor/Consultant specialised in the areas of IT & Commerce, Business & Economic, Investigations & Due Diligence, International Laws, Immigration Matters, Negotiation/Conciliation, Debt Recovery and Mortgage/Lease. Mr Ayere heads the United Kingdom office and co-ordinates two other offices in America. He is widely travelled.

CHIGOZIE ADAUGO AJEROH
Graduated from the University of Nigeria, Enugu Campus in 2005 and called to the Nigerian Bar in 2006 with Honours and has been in active Legal practice. Chigozie has attended Seminars and Workshops both locally and internationally. Her main areas of interest include general legal research, Debt Recovery, Due Diligence and General Corporate practice. She is also a piquant, fantastic draftsman and an ardent researcher/reader.
Graduated from the Imo State University, Owerri with LLB Hons in 2007 and was called to the Bar in 2008. Nancy worked with Zenith Bank Plc as Credit Officer/Retail Banker for 3 years before gaining employment in the Firm. Her areas of strength are Corporate Practice and General Litigation. She also possesses substantial skills in Debt Recovery and Due Diligence. She is organised and self-motivated and thrives on her own initiative. Nancy is always eager to learn and develop all necessary skills and improving her career prospect. She is well-travelled.
NANCY CHIKA OBI
ISAAC OKECHUKWU IMO
Isaac bagged his LLB Degree (Hons) in 2008 from the Abia State University and was subsequently called to the Nigerian Bar in 2009. He Heads the Corporate Department of the Firm and is skilled in Property Law & Conveyance, Debt Recovery, Due Diligence, General Corporate Practice and drawing up legal documentations. He also has considerable knowledge of Arbitration, Mediation and Negotiation. He has attended series of Seminars/Conferences.
Afurumchi attended University of Abuja where she obtained her LLB Degree (Hons.) in 2014 and was called to the Bar in 2015. She has considerable skills in General Litigation and Advocacy with bias for Criminal law and Cybercrime.
She is well organised, dedicated and thrives on her own initiative. She is also a prolific writer, a passionate Researcher and fantastic draftsman.
AFURUMCHI NNENNA OTTAH
She obtained her LLB Degree (Hons.) from the famous Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma in 2008 and called to the Bar in 2015. She serves as Co-ordinator/Project Manager for all non-litigation engagements as well as managing the administrative affairs of the Firm. She is also widely travelled.
